1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

To provide the best experience possible, travel is included for sessions within a designated service area. Sessions and events outside of this area may be subject to a travel fee based on distance, travel time, and any necessary accommodations.

For destination weddings, extended travel, or locations requiring overnight stays, a custom travel quote will be provided prior to booking. All travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with no hidden costs.

I am always happy to travel to help tell your story in the location that means the most to you.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Planning your engagement session should be exciting, not stressful. From selecting the perfect location to choosing outfits and coordinating details, I'm here to help every step of the way. Together, we'll create a session that feels natural, meaningful, and uniquely reflective of your relationship.

Whether you have a clear vision or need inspiration, I'll provide guidance and recommendations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule their session with advance notice, subject to availability. In the event of severe weather, illness, or emergencies, every effort will be made to find a new date that works for everyone.

Retainers and booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time on my calendar. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer; however, rescheduling options are available whenever possible.

My goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Your memories deserve to be enjoyed for years to come. All clients receive access to a private online gallery where they can view, download, and share their professionally edited images. Through your gallery, you'll also have the option to purchase high-quality prints, wall art, albums, and other keepsakes directly through Pixieset.

Beautiful images deserve beautiful ways to be displayed and preserved.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?
